Improvisio is an online platform designed to help guitarists learn improvisation through interactive tools, including chord progression analysis, scale visualization, fretboard learning tools, and AI-powered practice assistance. The Service may be modified, updated, or discontinued at any time without prior notice.

Our total liability for any claims arising from or related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us, if any, in the twelve months preceding the claim.

Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive, including intellectual property rights, disclaimers, and limitations of liability.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the European Union and the applicable member state, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the competent courts of that jurisdiction.
13. Dispute Resolution
Before initiating any legal proceedings, you agree to first attempt to resolve any dispute informally by contacting us. If the dispute cannot be resolved within 30 days, either party may pursue formal legal remedies.
